Biden talked about China in his first foreign policy speech since taking office

According to the South China Morning Post, US President Biden delivered his first foreign policy speech on 4th local time. In his speech, Biden referred to China as the "most important rival" of the United States.

Biden said that while promising to hold the Chinese government to take its responsabilities, the US is ready to "cooperate with Beijing in the interests of the United States," the report said.
